Baseball Baseball Baseball!

Watching you grow as an athlete is simply amazing for me.
In your second year of baseball, you were strong on both
sides of the ball! You made a lot of big plays both at catcher
and third base as well as in the outfield. Your batting was
fantastic too, you had the second highest batting average,
the most runs scored and the most runs batted in on your
team during the season! Those are some pretty great stats!!

Pitch for the Cure

I felt so very honored when Kathy at Scrappin' Sports Stuff asked me to create a softball layout for an ad for Pitch for the Cure!

Here is what I came up with - I absolutely LOVE it!! The photos are of our friend's daughter, Natasha - Thanks so much for the photos!!

And of course, cause we all love the detail shots! Here I used two of the same papers, Scrappin' Sports & More's new On the Edge - Softball paper, I cut out each softball and replaced it on the patterned paper using a pop dot. Then I followed the dotted swirls with stickles! Had to have bling on a girl page! :)

The American Craft Letterman Thickers were the perfect touch for the title!

Crop Addict Birthday Blog Hop!

As basketball season ...

... comes to an end, baseball season starts! lol!! Yes, we had a first round basketball tournament on Friday night only to turn around to have our first baseball practice on Saturday for about 4 hrs!! Whew - I should have brought my camera!! This weekend is forecasted to be nice weather too so I will bring my camera along on Saturday (of course after our last basketball game on Friday night!).

This past weekend we also visited a local Go-Kart place to check it out for Seth's birthday party ... both Rick & Seth LOVED it! Here is a photo of Rick lapping Seth ... I cannot wait to get my hands on some of Scrappin' Sports & More's Racing Papers!!
