With football camp starting tomorrow, I thought I'd dig out some photos from a tournament last August!

Thanks for stoppin' by!

Today is my turn on the SSM blog!
The coaches always tell the boys to have fun while playing baseball so I am always thrilled to catch something behind the scenes like I did here. My son and his teammate had put on their 'rally caps' with the hopes of coming from behind for a win during a tournament in June.
And what made this layout even better is SSM's BRAND NEW "TITLE SPORTS" PAPERS! On this layout I used the Baseball paper (#1367) and Hockey (#1375). The strips of stars are from the backside of the Baseball paper! TOTALLY FUN!

I am married to Rick; we have one son, Seth and two crazy dogs! We live in gorgeous Colorado, in a suburb just south of Denver. I began scrapping in October 2001 to preserve my son's childhood memories and it quickly became an obsession! I love capturing my family's "real" moments in both my photos and in my journaling on my layouts. I have found the creative outlet of scrapping to be incredibly relaxing and quite addictive, which is shocking to the previously dominate non-artistic side of me! Over the past few years, I have had the honor of having my work published in major publications. Since 1994, I have been a Human Resource Director for a manufacturing company. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, photography, exercising, cheering on my son's many sports teams, mini-adventures exploring in the mountains, playing with our dogs, and reading. I am super excited to be a part of Let’s Capture These Sketches Design Team ! Here is our fantastic sketch & my layout using Karen Foster's new Easter line: The letter from this blog is the letter e.
